  1. Refund Eligibility

    • Clients may request a refund only if the request is made before our team begins work on the service. Once a request is submitted, our team will review and process the refund accordingly.

  2. No Refunds After Service Commencement

    • Once our team has started working on a service, refunds will not be granted. This includes any research, consultation, strategy development, or other preparatory work initiated by Vallon Consulting.

  3. Service Modifications

    • If a client is dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, we encourage open communication. While refunds are not available once work has begun, we are committed to making reasonable adjustments within the scope of the agreed-upon service to ensure client satisfaction.

  4. Exceptional Circumstances

    • Vallon Consulting reserves the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the event of extenuating circumstances. However, approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of the company.

  5. How to Request a Refund

    • To request a refund before service commencement, clients must submit a written request via email to info@vallonconsulting.com with the subject line: Refund Request – [Client Name].

    • The request should include the service details, payment confirmation, and reason for the refund request.
